RETURN POLICIES

- Here At Flower Pot We Understand How Tricky It Is To Purchase Clothing Online, Which is Why We Offer Exchanges For Different Sizes Or Store Credit. If You Are Dissatisfied With Your Item, Please Email Us To Request A Return And We Will Happily Accommodate Your needs.

- Item must be returned unworn/unaltered within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are NOT offered solely based on color preference. (All dye jobs have slight variation and I CANNOT ensure each piece will look the same. I do my best to accurately represent my hues.)

-Store Credit may be used whenever you like, simply email us to confirm what you want made.

- We Charge A 20% Restocking Fee On Made To Order Items. (Please make sure to order the correct size based on your measurements in order to avoid this!)

- We Charge A 20% Restocking Fee For Order Cancelations If The Garment Has Already Been Created.

-Customers Are Responsible For All Return Shipping. We Do Not Refund Shipping Costs. 

-Sale Items And Underwear Cannot Be Exchanged/Returned Under Any Circumstances. (If It Is An Apparent Flaw On Our End, Contact Us Immediately.)

- All Items Ship USPS Priority Mail. Shipping Time Is Between 1-3 Days Depending On Your Location. For Quicker Shipping Options, Select Express Priority At Checkout For 0-2 Day Shipping.

-Ready To Ship Items Ship Within 1-2 Business Days. Made To Order Items Have A 5-10 Day Turnaround Time. Please Do Not Message Or Email Us Asking When Your Item Will Ship.  All Items Will Ship Within The Quoted Turnaround Time Unless Otherwise Stated.

- International Shipping Times Cannot Be Guaranteed, As Once The Post Office Has Your Parcel, It Is Out Of Our Hands And Out Of Our Control. Please Be Patient.

-Please Do Not Ask Us To Claim Any Price Other Than What Your Purchase Is Worth On The Customs Form. I Understand Customs Charges Are Nasty But Claiming $10 For A Garment Worth $100 Is Mail Fraud. 

- Customers Are Responsible For Providing The Correct Mailing Address. If You Have Provided The Incorrect Address, Contact Us Right Away. If Your Order Has Already Shipped To The Incorrect Address, We Cannot Be Held Responsible. 

- We Are Not Responsible For Any Lost Or Stolen Packages.
